Return Eligibility
- You can return any unused item within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Visit the Returns Center: Head to our Returns Center to start the return process.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure your item is in its original packaging and condition.
- Shipping Your Return:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend insuring the package and keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Process
- Refunds are issued for the product total plus applicable sales tax.
- Shipping fees from your original order are refundable only if the product was damaged or incorrect.
- You’ll receive the refund once we’ve processed your return.
- Once the item(s) are received a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for your funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Report the Issue within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage to our Customer Service team.
- If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions.
- Once your return is validated, we’ll refund your item price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
Lost in Transit
Report lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. Before reaching out to customer service, check your area and tracking information. If unresolved, we will collaborate with the carrier to investigate.
