The serial number can be found on your warranty title and on a label sewn onto your product. The serial number is between 11 and 13 characters.

• The SKU is the first 11 numbers
• The index is the last two numbers that correspond to the version of your product

Hardside Products

To find the serial number of a rigid product (a hard suitcase for example), you can watch the dedicated video below:

Open your suitcase completely and unfold it in half on the floor, ensuring that both compartments are flat, the label is under the central pocket. In this example, the serial number (SKU) is "00287881103" and the Index is "00".

Softside Products

To find the serial number of a soft product, open your suitcase completely and unfold it in half on the floor, making sure that the two compartments are flat, the serial number label is sewn into an inside pocket:

Backpack

To find the serial number of a backpack, open your backpack and lift its inside pocket, the label is on the side of this pocket.

Exception: Sky Max Luggage

To find the serial number of SKY MAX luggage, open your suitcase in half. Then open and lift the mesh closure inside your suitcase. The label with the serial number can be found on the back.
