Our shipping team works quickly to get your items packed and shipped as soon as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to modify orders once they have been placed.

However, if you need to cancel your order, you may do so within two hours of placing it. After this time, our warehouse team begins processing your order, and we are NOT able to honor any cancellation request.

To cancel your order within the two-hour window, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to the "Orders" section.
3. Select the order you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

After the order has been shipped and you still do not wish to keep the order, you may pick one of the options below:

1. Refusing the shipment at the time of delivery (WARNING: some drivers will not be able to take it based on their truck's space)
2. Return the item for a refund. Initiate the return of your order here: Return Center. We will issue the refund once we receive the product back to our return department.
3. Sign-up for UPS MYChoice to change the shipping address, delivery location, or various other delivery type changes. UPS Mychoice
