Do I need to register for the product warranty?Updated a year ago

While it's not mandatory, you have the option to register your luggage at: https://warranty.delsey.com/. If you encounter any difficulties accessing this page or encounter an error message, please consider trying an alternative browser or computer.

Be sure to have your receipt ready (scanned or photographed with your smartphone). Additionally, locate the white tag sewn along the interior lining inside your case. The item number and control number needed for registration will be printed on this tag. The item number is on the first line, and the control number is on the second line.

If you can't find this tag in your case, obtain the item number from the back of your hangtag that came with your product. 

For the control number, input "DL(month of purchase) (year of purchase)." For instance, if the case was purchased in June 2021, enter "DL0621."

Complete the form fields, upload the receipt, and click "Send" to complete your registration.
